Nollywood Producer, Oge Ugwu Hits Location For Her Thriller Blockbuster film, 'Ojuju'



OJUJU  SHORT SYNOPSIS
Romero’s neighbourhood is in trouble.  People are suddenly manifesting symptoms of rabid river blindness . He struggles to understand how the neighbourhood’s sole source of water supply could have been infected. However, there’s
no time to ponder because he has to save himself and his loved ones from the rapidly spreading infection, that’s if it can be escaped…..

 Oge Ugwu has been in production for more than 7 years. Having worked on location and on sets in high-scale productions both for TV and film, such as Kunle Afolayan’s The Figurine, Amstel Malta Box Office, TV programs for SpiceTV, Miss Earth Nigeria, and Heineken’s Champion’s Planet. Oge co-produced the surrealistic feature film “Jim & Joan”, and produced “Apostate” starring the likes of Kehinde Bankole and Nobert Young. She is the Production Manager on Ultima Studio’s sitcom “Aduke Hotel” which stars Gabriel Afolayan.

She is the founder and CEO of Out of the Box Production Company. She is also the Head of Productions at Fiery Film Company. She is presently working in pre-production for various feature length films, documentaries and TV shows both for Fiery Film and Out of the Box.

2.C.J. Obasi is a writer, director, editor who has worked on various projects which include The Dumb Kid and Virtual Kisses – both short films. His feature film debut is the surrealistic art-house flick “Jim & Joan” which was screened at the Eko International Film Festival to critical acclaim, as the “most daring” film at the Festival, and compared to Lars von Trier’s expressionism.
CJ has also worked as an editor on huge productions, such as Apostate (a feature film), and commercials for brands, including GLO.

He is currently in pre-production for a horror thriller feature film “Ojuju”, under his production name Fiery Film Company.
